DOEL Electronics started with a simple frustration: getting a phone or laptop fixed in Columbus meant overpriced quotes, week-long waits and vague answers. We opened our first bench with a promise to do the opposite — explain the problem in plain language, quote it honestly, and get the device back the same day whenever possible.

Every repair starts with a free diagnostic. If a device is not worth fixing, we say so. If a cheaper fix will solve the issue, that is the one we recommend. That commitment to honest repairs is why so much of our work today comes from returning customers and neighborhood referrals.

Samsung battery replacements start at $59 for most Galaxy A and S models. We confirm the final price after a free diagnostic, and you approve it before any work begins.

Do Samsung repairs come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Samsung repair at our Columbus shop includes a 90-day warranty covering both the replacement part and our workmanship.
